YOUR RACE. YOUR JOURNEY. YOUR POTENTIAL.
Improving your recovery time is essential for attaining your fitness goals. Vitamin K plays a crucial role in promoting muscle proliferation during the initial stages (Alonso et al, 2022). When you engage in physical exercise, your muscles undergo a cycle of breaking down and forming scar tissue.
Our customized supplement that promotes faster recovery, repairs muscle, helps muscle tissue resist breaking down. Our selected forms of vitamin K along with the necessary vitamin D is the perfect combination for athletic success.
By incorporating vitamin K into your routine, you can expedite the early phases of muscle repair, allowing you to return to training at your peak performance sooner (Alonso et al, 2022). As a result, you can resume your workouts with maximum effort faster.
When an athlete puts stress on a muscle that’s not fully recovered, they risk the chance of injury. Injury is a common obstacle all kinds of endurance athletes face, but it shouldn't have to be. Endurance athletes, in specific, put their bodies through long, grueling workouts that stress the muscle.
Vitamin K is proven to improve recovery through a reduction of lactate dehydrogenase (Alonso et al, 2022). High levels of lactate dehydrogenase indicate damage to muscles.
Furthermore, vitamin K also improves the transfer of electrons in the mitochondria, increasing ATP production (Alonso et al, 2022). This allows athletes to better and more safely handle their workout regimen!
